We act as the external marketing department for Kancelaria Transportowa KOBEN. We are responsible for creating and implementing long-term marketing strategies as well as carrying out daily promotional activities.

Our collaboration with KOBEN involves comprehensive marketing management, aimed at producing high-quality content and achieving the client’s business goals. We manage brand promotion across all distribution channels. Our role is not only to create and implement strategies but also to provide ongoing substantive support and consulting.

Scope of work:

1. Consulting – Strategic consulting is one of the key services we provide to KOBEN. We support the client in implementing the previously adopted marketing strategy and in setting both short- and long-term goals. We serve as ad hoc support for daily projects as well as a partner in long-term initiatives.

2. Social media – We manage KOBEN’s profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn. We are responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies, producing content, scheduling publications, and handling both organic and paid activities.

3. Graphic design  – We carried out a full rebranding for the client and designed a new visual identity. We also handle ongoing graphic design requests, creating graphics for social media and the website, as well as other promotional materials (gadgets, print materials, etc.).

4. Content marketing – We produce a variety of content for the client, including blog articles, news updates, website content, promotional materials, videos, and graphic designs. We focus on the expert quality of the content, addressing customer expectations and the market’s demand for substantive knowledge.

5. Website – We created a new website for our client – www.koben.pl. We handled the concept development, graphic design, and content creation, as well as the design and launch of the website. Today, we support the client in maintaining it by creating news articles and posts, combining a legal focus with an accessible format and SEO optimization.

6. Video – We produce interviews and promotional films. Our proven team ensures comprehensive execution of the project. In producing videos, we focus on capturing the essence of KOBEN – a modern company providing legal services to the transport industry.
