SGP Group approached us with a request to organize their brands. At the start of our cooperation, the client was facing challenges with brand identification, both domestically and internationally.

During our collaboration, we developed a communication strategy that resulted in the creation of SGP Group. We had the pleasure of working on the client’s brands in 2014, and the framework we established continues to be implemented by the client today.

Scope of activities:

1. Brand organization – We reviewed and organized all the brands under the SGP Group, which helped create a cohesive and strong portfolio. This work involved analyzing each brand’s market position and its impact on the entire group.

2. Brand identity  – Our task was to create a clear and consistent identity for each of the brands, which helped differentiate them more distinctly and increased their market recognition, both locally and internationally.

3. Brand and communication strategy  – We developed a comprehensive communication strategy for the entire group, addressing both internal and external aspects. We focused on a unified message that supported each brand while emphasizing the shared values and goals of the group.

4. Website – We created a new, modernized website that better showcased each brand and made navigation between them easier, all while maintaining the visual consistency of the entire group.

5. Marketing materials – We designed a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, folders, office and vehicle branding, as well as exhibition booths and trade show materials. Every element was carefully crafted to ensure maximum consistency and effective brand communication.
