Data transmission and cybersecurity in OT

Analysis, planning, implementation – this is our working framework when collaborating with Tekniska, one of the leaders in data transmission and cybersecurity in OT on the Polish market.

We focus on indirect selling, prioritizing the organization and promotion of webinars, creating valuable content, and strengthening the brand’s image as a market expert. We operate across multiple channels, implementing a long-term marketing strategy and selecting appropriate distribution channels. We emphasize the highest quality in written, graphic, and video materials.

Scope of work:

1. Consulting – We support our client in carrying out ongoing marketing activities, offering comprehensive assistance at every stage of each project. We work operationally, engaging in task execution and setting both short- and long-term goals. We partner with the client on daily projects as well as long-term initiatives that we jointly implement to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s marketing.

2. Event organization – We create Tekniska events and coordinate the company’s participation in external events such as conferences and trade fairs. We handle everything from concept to execution. We were responsible for organizing the CyberTek Tech Festival 2023 conference and PowerTek 2022. We are currently working on the next edition of CyberTek.

3. Social media – We manage Tekniska’s profiles on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. We are responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies, producing content, scheduling publications, and handling both organic and paid activities.

4. Advertising campaigns  – We run campaigns according to the client’s current needs and overarching plan. We select the tools and channels, create the campaign’s design and plan, and then meticulously execute it in collaboration with specialists. After each campaign, we provide the client with a detailed report along with recommendations.

5. Branding activities – We are the creators of the “Connecting for 20 Years” project, a promotional campaign celebrating Tekniska’s 20th anniversary. As part of the project, we carried out a series of smaller initiatives, including the video coverage of the CSR event “Time to Grow,” the educational competition “Cyber Aware from a Young Age,” and a series of interviews with members of the Tekniska Board, which are available on the client’s YouTube channel.

6. Content marketing – We create blog articles, news updates, website content, promotional materials, video productions, and graphic designs. We focus on the expert side of the content we create, addressing customer expectations and the market’s demand for substantive knowledge.

7. Video production – We produce interviews and promotional films. We work with a proven team that guarantees comprehensive project execution. In producing videos, we focus on capturing the essence of Tekniska – a modern company centered around cutting-edge technologies while also nurturing its internal values and team spirit.
